1. If you prefer to just say what you’re feeling, and are using a device with a self facing camera, please click on the video button below.

You will be taken to a screen saying Pete Crutchfield has sent you a recording request and is asking permission to use your camera & mic. Click those two buttons then hit Start Recording.

Don’t worry, you won’t actually start yet, you’ll go to another screen where you can see how you look on camera before hitting (actual) start recording. (Then you’ll get a 5 second countdown to begin.)

Once you finish recording, you can do any last minute trimming or adjustments with the editing tools at the bottom, then hit Publish Recording when you’re happy with it, and your video will automatically be sent to us. No need to send it manually. (You can also download a copy for yourself, if you wish.)

2. If you prefer to write out what you want to say, and maybe submit a picture or two to go along with it, please click the button below then fill out the form on the next page.
