It was wonderful having Neil as a neighbour on Caroline Avenue. He would always stop to chat when we met each other while walking around the neighbourhood. It didn’t matter what we were talking about Neil was always engaged and interested. I loved the sparkle in his eye and the slightly crooked grin he had when he was making a joke or teasing you.
