At the airport on our way out of town when we received this sad news. I’ve know Neil off and on for many years but always on tobacco and for so long as a brilliant strength working with Cynthia for PSC. Neil was so smart (smarter than you might know until he laid down his cards); a lovely man with a sense of humour that surfaced with regularity and that soft smile; and of course always gracious and kind. I was so lucky to get to know Neil and wish Barbara and the family all the very best in this time of loss.
